Orders are packed to a high standard and posted in either a hard backed or padded envelop – depending on the item. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items; I cannot control what happens once an item has been posted.

Personalised portraits cannot be exchanged and there will be no refunds given if you wish to cancel the commission at any stage.

An anticipated date of completion will be given at the time of ordering, within 7 working days, however this is only an estimate. Due to workload, times of year eg. Christmas etc. commissions may take slightly longer. It is therefore advised to order as soon as possible.

Amendments are welcome, however if these alterations largely deviate from the original portrait commission an additional charge may be made. No amendments will be made once the portrait has been approved.

I accept returns of products in an unused condition within 14 days of delivery, please message me first.

If you have received an item/s as a gift, I am able to provide an exchange for goods to the same value (within 30 days of the original purchase date) only if the item remains unused and was purchased from me online.

Refunds can be made to the original purchaser only.

Whilst I am happy to issue refunds/exchanges for an item purchased, I am unable to refund any return postage and packaging costs involved.
